RETURN FOR REFUND PROCESS
All returns must be received within 30 days* of delivery (customer pays for return shipping).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
If your apparel or shoe item is too small or too large, upon purchase of the corrected size, we offer a one-time courtesy, postage paid return, for the item you are sending back. We will issue a refund for the original item once the item is received.
If a refund only, is preferred, then the return for refund process applies (customer pays for return shipping).

Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival. Incorrect size/color. ALL RETURNS MUST:

Please do not return directly to the address on the received package. The appropriate return address will be provided via your support ticket. Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier tracking number.

Once we receive your item(s) at our facility. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process the return.
Once orders have been submitted, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
All customer specific personalized item(s) (i.e., logos, names, sayings, and customer provided design) are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for return (however, we will do everything we can to assist should an issue occur). Items purchased as a Final Sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
