How do I return an item?
Returned items must meet these requirements or your package will be sent back to you:
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG or MISSING merchandise, you must contact us via email within 5 days upon delivery date; otherwise Fashion Effect Store will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.
Returning merchandise that has been already exchanged is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Your order must be returned within 10 days of being received.
In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

Merchandise must have all tags attached.
