We cannot guarantee an exact match in color and finishes due to photography techniques, lighting conditions, and especially varying screen calibrations. Nail polish colors often come in similar gloss, hues, shines, and sparkles. Therefore, we strongly advise you make your purchase based on previous experience with the product or with thorough research of the exact color swatch name that interests you. To return an item, you must email us at shopping@wanelo.com and inform us of the reason. We will provide further instructions.
In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects we will replace the item at no charge. All other returns will be subject to the following conditions:
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and must be unused, sealed and in original packaging. We cannot accept return on open or used items due to sanitary reasons. Returned items will be credited back to your original payment method minus a 25% fee for processing and re-stocking.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend you use traceable shipping, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels. For international orders, this process can take up to 60 days due to customs clearance.
