If some of them are damaged by accident, please rescue just as follow instruction: 1. Purchase a bottle if Medicinal alcohol from a Pharmacy. 2. Mix the powder and the alcohol. 3. Force the powder compact closely. 4. After the alcohol volatile the other day, it becomes a new eye shadow.

How do I Return and Item?
If for any reason you decide you would like to return your item, we are always happy to except your return. Please keep in mind that all returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the order. Before returning your item, you must request an RMA Number. RMA Numbers help us to monitor the return for proper handling. You can request an RMA Number by emailing us at CS@homegoodsgalore.com Please be sure to include your full name and address and the reason for your return. Once we have received your request we will Send you the RMA number with instructions.
