If you have ordered the wrong size or the item isn’t your style, we would be happy to accept a return. You must send it back to the address on the envelope. Item must not be worn, washed or damaged and in the same condition as received. Socks & earrings are the only items that cannot be returned, for hygienic reasons.
Please include a note in the return with the following stated:
- Name on order
- Store Order Number
- State that the item is a return.
-State where you bought your item (Wanelo, Etsy, our website)
Once the package has been received and approved, your order will be refunded MINUS shipping costs.
*If an item gets returned from the post office for you entering an incorrect address, you will be refunded minus shipping and a $3 restocking fee per item.
If the item is clearly worn, washed or damaged by you and not in the same condition as it was received, it is subject to a return refusal or a restocking fee at the discretion of The Bearded Bee.
