I love this product! It came fast, makes my waist look tiny and my butt look nice. I'm 5'6, 140lbs and I usually am between a small and a medium but I ordered a large because it runs small. The large fit perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase and my only complaint would be it can get uncomfortable after a few hours of being worn, however, you can adjust the straps and make it looser if necessary.
