I ordered this tapestry as a gift for my sister's birthday. I ordered the tapestry a month early in January and didn't receive it until mid March, late. The package was torn and the tapestry was opened, stained, and ripped. It was stamped on the package by the mailing service "received damaged" I called Tess InHouse's customer service and asked what could be done. They said there have been problems printing this product, causing it to be sent late and I'm not the only one it had happened to. They apologize and sent me a new tapestry with rushed shipping and said they'd give me a 10% refund which was only 3-4 dollars. My new tapestry came a week later. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product. The fabric is sheer and not what I imagined it would be. Also the pattern looks like it was stretched beyond its limit on a computer. I was happy with their customer service and Wanelo's customer service, who tried hard to find out why my order was late.
