Chain is. It very long. Not sure if it will fit my daughter. I might have to give it to my 10year instead of my 15 year old. Pretty but just very short chain. Could be an ankle bracelet. Plus it came in plastic bag. The nice card presentation was not provided. Did not get any type of card explaining the necklace. That was a huge disappointment. What is advertised in the picture and described is not what you get.
