Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to providing the highest level of customer experience and will make all attempts to fulfill our promises. We offer a “45-Day Quality Guarantee” from the date you made purchase on all our products except special made-to-order items, custom-design orders and special promotional items. If you notice any quality issue with our product, just need to send us your order# and a picture. We will send you a new product right away. If you prefer a refund, no problem at all, we’ll refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your returns or exchanges to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do ship any products back to us, We strongly recommend you purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be damaged or lost during shipment to us. Please mail your item(s) back in their original packag.
Packages must arrive at our facilities within 45 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items received after the 45-Day Return and Exchange period will not be refunded. Returned items must be received by the end of the 45-Day Grace Period or they will be returned to you.
Please ensure that all clasps and chains are carefully secured on their return trip. We are not responsible for damage incurred during transport; dented clasps and kinked chains will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Made-to-order items, custom-design orders and special promotion items are not Refundable or Returnable.
