Chest: 20.5 in. Length: 28 in. Content: 50/50 Cotton/Polyester Tag Brand: Handtex This awesome vintage concert tee is for popular heavy metal band, Metallica for their 1987 Damage Inc. Tour. The tour was to promote the band's third studio album, Master of Puppets. Released by Sweet Silence Studios in March of 1986 the album peaked at number 29 on the Billboard 200 chart and managed to stay on the chart for 72 weeks. After its release, Metallic toured with Ozzy Osbourne from March to August of 1986, headlining several dates between May and June. They then continued touring throughout the fall and winter of '86 with the support of Anthrax and Metal Church. Tragedy struck when bassist, Cliff Burton was killed in a tour bus accident in Sweden on September 27, 1986. The band debated how to proceed, ultimately deciding that Burton would want them to continue their legacy. They began auditioning replacement members and Jason Newsted of Flotsam and Jetsam joined them for the remainder of the tour in 1987. The back of this shirt features an image of this new line up of Jaymz, Jasun, Larz, and Krk. To date Metallica has released ten studio albums, four live albums, and one cover album. 80s Metallica Garage Days Damage Inc Tour 1987 t-shirt Small

Chest 16 in. Length 22 in. Content: 50/50 Cotton/Polyester Tag Brand: Sneakers This sweet muscle tank celebrates the band Metallica, and it features the same portrait of the band that was used for the cover of their first ever extended play, released in 1987. The official title of the release was The $5.98 EP- Garage Days Re-Revisited, and the band purposely put the price in the title to discourage retailers from overcharging fans. In fact, the packaging even included a sticker that said "If they try to charge more, STEAL IT!". The release of the EP was the result of an idea from the band's UK label, Vertigo Records. The label thought that Metallica should put out a new album to celebrate the band's invitation to play the 1987 Monsters of Rock festival. Due to various circumstances it wound up being easier for them to release the EP than to record a whole new album. The $5.98 EP- Garage Days Re-Revisited was released several months after the band completed their Damage, Inc. Tour in support of their seminal album Master of Puppets. This was the last tour to feature beloved bassist Cliff Burton, who tragically died before its completion in a tour bus accident, while the band was on route to Copenhagen. While the loss of Burton was devastating, the remaining Metallica members reasoned that the late bassist would want them to carry on, and Garage Days Re-Revisited wound up being their first release after his passing. Fits like a modern unisex adult small. 23-06-124199

Chest 19.5 in. Length 27 in. Content: Feels like cotton blend Tag Brand: No Tag This amazing vintage tee is for the iconic heavy metal band Metallica and the shirt is a keepsake from the group's 1988-1989 tour supporting their album ...And Justice For All. The album was the band's first release following the devastating death of their bassist Cliff Burton. Jason Newsted had been asked to join the band as Burton's replacement and he made his studio debut with the group on The $5.98 EP-Garage Days Re-Revisited. However fans noticed that Newsted's bass was noticeably under-mixed on the ...And Justice For All album, something which Newsted claims was a deliberate decision made by other members of the band. Despite these disagreements within the group, ...And Justice For All became a huge critical and commercial success. With hit singles like "Harvestor of Sorrow", "Eye of the Beholder", and "One" the album managed to peak at the number six spot on the Billboard 200 and eventually was certified 8x Platinum. This shirt features an image of the album's cover art on the front, which was designed by Stephen Gorman based off of a concept by the band's guitarist James Hetfiled and drummer Lars Ulrich. The image depicts Lady Justice bound by ropes in order to reflect the album's lyrical themes of political and legal injustice. The album was nominated for a 1989 Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance Vocal or Instrumental but lost controversially to Jethro Tull. Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is a repair on the front, see pics. 22-05-114956

90s Metallica Tour 91 Thrash Metal Rock Concert t-shirt Medium

Chest 19.5 in. Length 26.5 in. Content: 100% Cotton Tag Brand: Metallica This vintage tour t-shirt for the heavy metal band Metallica is copyrighted from 1991, most likely making it from their Wherever We May Roam tour. The tour was in support of their self-titled fifth studio album. The album, which is also referred to as The Black Album, marked a change of sound for Metallica, as they transitioned away from their earlier thrash metal sound to a more rhythmic, heavy sound. Containing some of the band's most popular songs like "Enter Sandman", "Nothing Else Matters", and "Wherever I May Roam", the album managed to be the first Metallica record to make it onto the charts, sitting at the top of the Billboard 500 for four straight weeks. The album has sold over 16 million copies in the United States alone, thus certifying it as 16x platinum. The Wherever We May Roam tour lasted from August 1991 to December 1992 and consisted of over 200 performances. Most shows took place in large arenas all across the United States and Europe, along with smaller shows done in North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Israel. During the European leg of the tour, Metallica participated in the Monsters of Rock festival. One performance, held at Tushino Airfield in Moscow, is credited as being the first free rock concert to take place in Soviet Union history. Unsurprisingly, huge crowds came out for the show, with an estimated 150,000 to 500,000 people in attendance. The two-part documentary A Year and a Half in the Life of Metallica follows the band's journey from making Metallica: The Black Album to their tour experience. Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. Double sided print. 22-06-115156
