I just really wanted to say, it's so okay to make small goals for yourself. Like, for example, I made a goal not to bite my nails anymore and I finally stopped and now they're almost long enough to paint! I also have been drinking a lot of water lately, which is really good for me since I drink mostly soda. These of course are small things, but they contribute to a bigger goal of improving yourself and bringing up your self confidence! I love you guys, and hang in there!
