-stay hydrated (at least 6 cups of water a day)
-give yourself a break every hour or so
-turn off distracting electronics, you'll thank yourself
-eat lots of protein, your body needs it
-try your best to get at least 7.5 hours of sleep
-when you start to get too tired, GO TO SLEEP
-do you best, but don't stress too badly. it's just one test
